Overview

Dahî Bedæ Gûchya was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1088, by Scarlet Spider Swarm. The establishment of Dahî Bedæ Gûchya was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Dahî Bedæ Gûchya's construction back out of the project. Scarlet Spider Swarm pushed on reguardles, and Dahî Bedæ Gûchya was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Dahî Bedæ Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dahî Bedæ Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Dahî Bedæ Gûchya is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad baked earthen streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The failry decent fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A quick look in any direction shows Dahî Bedæ Gûchya is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this city live.
